Nursing Professional Governance Survey - Verran Professional Governance Scale
As a Magnet® organization, we demonstrate a strong commitment to evaluating our structures, processes and outcomes. We support ongoing evaluation of our NPG committee structure using our own evaluation surveys and our RN Engagement survey. The Verran Professional Governance Scale (VPGS) is a validated tool that provides us with an opportunity to evaluate our structures using a standardized instrument.
