Food Truck Friday

Join us for our second annual Nurses Week Food Truck Friday, on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 1030 – 1430. All team members are welcome to support local businesses by purchasing something yummy from a variety of food trucks.  They will be on-site between Lane Road and Crispell Drive (behind University Hospital between the loading dock and South Garage).   • Donuts made with local apple cider. Frying oil is converted into biofuel! Menu

  • Nourish your body while satisfying your cravings! Mexican fusion from locally sourced, organic, and superfood ingredients. Menu

  • Partner truck to Daddy Mack’s Grub Shack – quality Western American foods and meal options. Menu
• Little Manila (new this year!)
  • Filipino food truck – enjoy tastes of the Philippines! Menu
