Nurses Week Virtual Background

STEP 1: Download the image file

1. RIGHT click on the picture below.
2. From the menu that appears, select, "Save image as"
3. Choose your location to save the image.  "F" drive recommended.
4. Choose a filename that you will remember later!

STEP 2: Upload image from your location to your Zoom backgrounds.

1. Open the Zoom link for your next meeting!
2. Once joined, click on the small arrow beside the "Video" button with the icon of a camera.
3. From the menu, choose "Adjust Background & effects"
4. Using the tabs just below your camera preview, choose "Virtual Backgrounds"
5. Click on the blue box with a white "+"
6. Click "Add image"
7. Navigate to the location where you just saved the file and select the file
8. Click "Open"
9. The image should now appear in your collection of Zoom backgrounds and should appear in your preview and on screen.
