• Apply insights gained from nurse stories, expert presentations, and peer discussions to strengthen their own professional practice and contribute to a culture of excellence at UVA Health.
• Examine how every nurse's voice, story, and perspective contribute to a culture of belonging and excellence.
• Identify opportunities to influence quality, safety, and team effectiveness through collaboration and shared accountability.
