Certification Champion Boot Camps
These sessions are designed for local-level Certification Champions. We will walk the champions through the certification website and outline the full process—from “I’m thinking about getting certified” to “I’m certified—now what?”

We will cover available funding, study resources, team and champion resources, and—most importantly—ways to recognize certified team members. We will help the champions calculate their department’s current RN certification rate and work with them to set a realistic goal for increasing that number - aligned with our Nursing Strategic Plan.

Champions will leave with tools, knowledge, and hopefully confidence to support and inspire certification efforts in their department.

Professional Board Certification Office Hours
This is a new offering we introduced this year. It’s an open, hybrid forum where anyone interested in the certification process can join—whether they have specific questions, need help accessing resources, or simply want to learn more about certification and recertification.

Certification Champion Virtual Meetings
Our Champion Meeting is an online gathering of Certification Champions across the organization. It's a collaborative space where they can share what’s working well in their areas, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and gather tips and strategies to take back to their teams. The goal is to foster a community of shared learning and support around certification.
