Annual Required Education and Competencies
FY 2025 Mandatory Competencies and Education
Annual education and competency requirements are a collaborative effort including Nursing Professional Development Services, nursing leadership, and nursing education coordinators. Content is developed from regulatory standards, as well as national and local trends. Unit level competencies will also include high risk, low frequency devices.
Employees complete the following annually:
- Demonstrated Competencies
- Required Education (Inpatient)
- Required Education (Ambulatory)
**2025 Competency Year is from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025**
