RN Degrees

RN Degrees Mentorship Program

This 6-month program is designed to support all team members interested or enrolled in a nursing degree program at any level. Mentors have also completed their RN degree while working and offer advice and support for the Mentee’s journey.

Topics include: Stress management, confidence building, finding value in the journey, and strategies to be successful.

Program Dates:​​

Fall 2024: 

• Kick off meeting:  Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 0800-0900
• Wrap-up meeting: Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 0800-0900

Spring 2025:

• Kick-off meeting: Tuesday, January 14, 0800-0900
• Wrap-up meeting: Tuesday, June 3, 0800-0900
