There are several resources available to Nurse Leaders to promote and celebrate Certified Nurses within their teams.   

Certification Recognition Boards – providing visual recognition of your certified RNs for team members, patients and families to see.

Certified Nurses Report in Workday – This report provides Nurse Managers details on who holds a professional board certification and the expiration date.  This is used in creating and evaluating annual certification goals for the department. Nurse Managers will need to run this report to capture all team members who report to them.
